We will review your documentation and notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund within 3 business days.

 

Refund Processing Details

 

  • Refund Amount: If approved, you will receive a full refund for the cost of the product(s). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Method: The refund will be automatically applied to your original method of payment (credit card or original payment service) within 7–10 business days.

  • No Return Required: Because we do not accept returns, you typically will not be asked to ship the damaged or incorrect item back to us. Please wait for our confirmation email before disposing of the item.
